Sliding Fee Scale Discount & Patient Fee Changes

Starting October 1, 2026, updates will be made to our Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program and Patient Fees at all clinic locations.
What this means for you:

  • Your visit fees will change.

  • Sliding Fee Scale Discounts may still be available to you if you qualify based on household size and income.

  • Your fee is determined based on the type of services provided to you. Your discount is based on your household size and income.

  • You may be asked to provide updated income documentation to determine your eligibility.

  • Front desk staff and Patient Advocates are available to answer your questions and assist with applications.

  • We appreciate your understanding and thank you for allowing us to be part of your healthcare journey.
